With over 20 years in the logistics industry, Zan has developed extensive knowledge in international trade, freight, customs regulations, and operations, particularly within the APAC region. Her expertise in managing import/export regulations and customer relationships has been a key factor in her successful career.
Before joining IOR Global in 2010, Zan served as the Regional Customer Manager at DHL Express. In this role, she travelled extensively across the APAC region, meeting with customers, operations teams and local authorities. These experiences gave her invaluable insights into the diverse logistics needs and challenges of different markets.
